The more I look at them the more I like them!! I can notice a considerable amount more of traction turning them against the table!!! No Joke ! Rock crawling, mud fling, snow digging, water crossing MoFos !!

Did you ever run with the sway bar? Is it as worthless as everyone claims ? I figured it isn't quite right I'll have the wire to use for a custom setup...
I can't wait to see how this thing preforms...

Mine is the Kit so i did. I disconnected it from the Trailing Arms to see what the RTR set up would be like. In go fast mode it is ridiculous the amount of TQ twist so i couldn't see NOT running it.

If i was 75-100% crawling like your YXLX is more than likely to be doing i would NOT have it on there as even the softest bar is too stiff.

Nope I'm a multi functional kind of guy... Feeding off of the IDEA of a multi purpose rig...

The sway bars are ONLY for high speed runs and bashing.. That's why I came up with the caster block, duel control arms, and a set of these

I need to become friends with Jimmy. He stuff is awesome top notch. I only see his stuff on ebay and they don't have all the parts you listed above. Does he have a list what he can do? Since you're his buddy, convince him to make some RR10 parts.

I would like to see some YXL tires similar to the 1:1 you posted above. Maybe widen the front arms and the rear axle a bit and then put some tires similar to Badlands on it. Only they would need to be a bit taller. Badlands are too short. As tall as the stock YXL tires, a bit narrower, and a bit harder rubber so they don't roll.

Good stuff as always, BHB. You're making me miss my YXL.

I hear ya !! I'm always a fan of the pizza cutters !!! On my RZR4 I used 28" X9.5 front and back ... never went back to the 12".... Honestly a huge improvement strangely enough...

funny I just looked up at the picture and noticed he ^ did the same thing ... same front and back lol

this is freaking insane
my only concern is how the rear steering is clocked, like its digging into the ground instead of turning up
have you thought about it? i have no idea how to fix it tho lol

Thanks for the interoperation of how I feel when I look and think of its potentials.

And as for your concern that also is appreciated !! I've also visualized forces and actions during operations and my thought is this... How much will it effect crawling...? When I'm bashing or High speed runs the rear will be locked.. I have thought about programing the servo speed and sensitively for bashing .... What the Hell will happen to my TSM ??? the thing would probably be so confused it would turn into a pretzel LOL

This build should be wrapped up in a couple of weeks.. Unless I can convenes Chris HemiStorm to finish paint the XLX and take out for a brutal bashN & brutal review...
I've got Rich from RCN lined up for a XLX beatdown...
