Yes, Thats how it worked for mine. I ordered during first shipment and it was backordered then when the second order came they filled backorders before putting then in stock.

This is where using a LHS stinks.....big stores have them but I ordered mine locally. So as I sit here waiting for it to arrive I find myself buying more and more stuff that I assume I am going to break.

I ordered mine from the LHS when they were first announced and was one of the first to get it, even before most of the people who ordered online. Timing is the key.
