I have a idea I think would be a pretty cool feature you could add to your holders. Could you make the mounting ear longer and then slot the holes so you can move the weight holder closer to the wheel face. Not sure if you can make the ear long enough to be worth it. Hope you don't mind me sharing my idea, and thanks again. Ty

That's an interesting idea. I can look into that. But I don't believe I can make more room for adjustment than maybe 5mm max. What do you think, is it worth it?

What you can do to bring your weight closer to the wheel face is use spacers between the weight holder and the weights.

Hey Tomi! I'm loving my weight system, these are awesome!!! Have you tried any methods that will attach the weights to your bracket with the screws going in towards the bracket instead of out into screw tapped weights?
I was going to try and see if some type of nut would fit back there, but haven't gotten around to trying it yet.

On my DIY tomy weights, I just used a standard m3 nut (non nyloc)to install a weight ring behind the plate.

Yes, a normal M3 nut should work. Maybe use a washer to prevent it from damaging the aluminum.

Can't wait to get away from the un-needed weight of the VP knuckle weight even though the VP stuff is extremely nice. Just don't need that much weight on the front since the rig is in the high 3lb range.

He got back to my PM and said he would let me know when he had them. Maybe you got his last unspoken for set. I don't mind waiting for a quality product so I am excited that I will get them at some point! I use VP stuff right now but am going to use these for a few projects I have in the works.
