This Kohls night deal sounds killer, I need to figure out how I look plus my other buddies with our wives and kids plans for sat. Night. None of us have done a comp so my big question is, will there be plenty of "off the course" crawling area for the one guys that are not trying to wait in line for the timed course? I've never seen or heard of this spot so I have no idea but the GTG part of it sounds great and that its at night!

Also I seem something about light, if I come I have a gene I can bring to plug standing lights into if that helps.

Not sure how much rock will be left over after we set the courses, there is only one long strech of rock down there about 5-6 feet wide maybe 200 yards long. In a comp setting waiting in line is where you do all your learning watching other guys make good lines or mistakes. But what ever is left over your more than welcome. As for the lights, doing it a night and it being dark is part of the cool part most of our rigs are lit up. We also get some light from the parking lot so it partially lit allready. If you want you can tape a flash light to your radio or wear a head lamp. See you tomorrow!

Hey All,
I may try to make it out there tomorrow as well. I was wondering if this GTG/comp is for xr types or scx/wraith type rigs. It's been a while since I've been out crawling and I'm itching to get on the rocks and meet new people.
Im usually out running with flemming and Phat and have both an scx and wraith.
Just wanted to see what others will be running.

Looks like myself and brother inlaw may make this with a couple Wraiths and I am waiting to hear back from 3 other guys. Who is going from Livermore, anyone talk to Adam, Noodle? I lost his number, he tends to be down for these GTG's.

What's going on gentlemen, been real busy around the house and trying to get things in order for the new baby. It's been awhile since I went crawling or done any RCing. I am going to try to make it but Im not sure yet. Also have to see if my rig still runs. We will see hopefully I will see you guys out there
