Default BorderLine Crawlers of Southern California

Welcome to BorderLine Crawlers! Come out and join us. Events are free. We are a USRCCA-Sanctioned, Southern California-based group of passionate and dedicated, novice to professional level RC crawlers. Our events are conveniently located near or in San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside and San Bernardino counties. Our goal is to have fun while we learn from each other how to design, build, hop-up and drive the sickest RC crawlers and off road vehicles we can come up with. Whether you pilot a ready-to-run rig fresh out of the box, a new-to-you rig that you are becoming familiar with or a one of a kind hand-built creation, we can help you learn to pull impossible lines on any terrain. From scale rigs to rock racers to competition rigs, any rig you have is the perfect rig to bring. Run-whatcha-brung man! Don’t matter if it crawls or hauls.

Come on out and kick your buddies butt! Each BLC event includes a highly technical 2.2 Pro class competition that is appropriate for levels of 2.2 Pro rig drivers. Expect to crawl with and learn from some of the top 2.2 Pro drivers in the world. In parallel we have a Run-Whatcha-Brung Class. Come see how you handle your trail rig on course! If competing on course is not for you, we have Special Ops that will challenge the best trail rigs out there. These may include trail runs, bounty climbs, rig relays and anything else you can imagine. And if you have that need for speed and like to destroy bearings, don’t be surprised if a dirt-slinging Rock Racer or Ultra4 session breaks out. It’s hard to keep those nasty rigs on a leash. Look out for flying trucks! Either way you’ll finish the day with spent batteries, fun memories and a big smile. We hope you can come join us. Please subscribe to this thread and feel free to contact any of the folks below via RCC or the hyperlinks above. Event information is updated in the next post.

Joel (SkaldidDog)
Bryce (Frankenwheely)
Jake (Del Monte)
Lisa (TEAM DEBEAD)
Matt (SDheavymetal)

Awesome logos Lisa! Thanks a million. The shirts are well built, heavy cotton Allstyle brand. They will turn your underwear blue if you wash them together.

Please PM me if you are interested in a T shirt ($20 S,M,L,XL, $25 XXL-XXXXL). If we have sold out of your size don't worry, we'll make more.

Hey y'all,

Keep an eye out at your LHS for our club flyer. You should see some of our business cards there as well. Pass them around and spread the word.

Let's crawl!

It was a lot of work to get to this point. And it's going to be a lot more when the season starts. But its going to be worth it. Been waiting to get this show on the road for a long time. Can't wait!

That's why we only crawl in the winter

Can't wait to get the first comp under our belts, we've got a lot of good times planned for the season. And again - EVERYONE and any rig is welcome, you just gotta leave the drama at home and plan on having fun.

If storage is like your parking lot yard you'll never find it.
