I am gona try like hell to be there. It looks like an awesome place to crawl. I have driven by there tons of times and never thought about crawling there. I am gona try to bring my new rig, as long as I can get it to running conditions. I am also gona be going up to the Rubicon on sunday. Oh here is a little peak at the new rig.    I just have to do a few more bars in the rear cage, steering linkage, and do the electronics. |

Yeah Cory and I are taking his truck out to the Rubi on sunday. I don't think I am gona make it tomorrow. I have a lot of stuff to handle tomorrow.

Well, rockhugger and I went out Sunday scouting spots and checking the confluence location for parking etc. PARKING WAS BAD at the confluence area we have planned for our next get together. There were many people parked where we would park. We did go in the early afternoon, around noon, and it was packed. The rocks were empty, but parking sucked. If we get there early, we should be ok. So, let's change the meeting time to 9am from 10 but keep the location. Rockhugger and I tried the gtg location out and it is tough and fun! Rockhugger's ESC died after 10 seconds of crawling. Rockhugger keeps adding nicknames to his list..."broke again" is added to "late again" and "stuck again". If you go crawling with Paul, just bring an extra rig for him! |
