What are folks using at the axle end to compensate for the offset up top? I'm especially interested in being able to flip my shocks over at the same time...if someone had a list of the parts needed to do so with the stock shocks, that would be awesome. Thanks, Chris |

What's the reason for running traxxus shocks on a LCC? And, what are the shock part numbers? Thanks, Chris |

Big bore shocks are smoother. But some guys love there losi shocks. The big bores come in different sizes. Part number depends on the length you need for your rig. Start reading more to find out what you need

I use 6mm on my power strokes , tight fit , you may need to dremel them down a little . Sent from my stupid iPhone using Tapatalk |

First I would try to ream the hole for the larger 6mm ball. You could also use a ball cutter in a dremel and carefully cut the center of the ID of the shock end. The last thing to try is mount the ball mount to a long screw and fasten it with a nut. Then hole the screw in a drill chuck/press. With fine grit paper, lap the ball diameter down to fit. The ball/sphere on the mount is not a perfect sphere and a little sanding will get it where you want it. If the Powerstrokes are like the SCX-10 shocks, the ball measures 5.71mm (.224. I make these right around .230"/.231", just under 6mm. | |
