Hey team, Quick question, I may be doing something wrong in assembling the Sniper so looking for some help. We got 4 long black delrin spacers - used them for the topper. We got 4 x 3/8" white spacers - used them to attach topper to chassis We got 4 x 1/4" white spacers - assume these space the upper link rod ends between the chassis and topper. Putting it all together like this gives an overall width of 2 3/4", which does not meet the 3" minimum. Anybody know what I'm doing wrong?? Thanks guys. Cheers, Mike. |

On mine I've added some spacers between the last long delrin spacer to bring the rear end of the chassis at 3'', I'll soon cut some Al spacer to the right length .

once you put the cab to chassis spacers in then put the spacers in with the lower links it will be 3''in the center of the chassis.

I went to the XR-10 forum and searched "sniper". Image taken from Turbo's t1e sniper thread. Post #16 I hate that you waited this long, but here you go. Last edited by Pdog7; 12-11-2013 at 01:48 PM. |

These may not be 100% right... Turbo fest was using the same axle in the front and rear so the mounting points are different than running a front and rear axle. Just PM Eric Dlux. He has the correct lengths for the chassis.
