My gf wants a rock on her finger ... not a rock for my crawler.  She is happy that I enjoy doing what im doing right now. It keeps me occupied and she knows that I enjoy it. So if it makes me happy, makes her happy in the process. I bought her a Micro RS4 and we go racing about every 2 weeks and she has fun doing that. We are both running the Penguin R/C pan chassis in our micros. Too bad that she works on weekends now.. :( One of my friends makes deals with his wife, she goes to get what she wants, he gets a new Hilux ... done! |

my gf dosent care as long as it dosent affect her. only time i have been bitched at was right after christmas when i bought a new drift car and i told her i had no money to take her out.

yeah guys i get the same thing from my wife! why do you work on them soo much! why do you sit there and stare at it! man she is crazy as a rat in a tin s**t house in the dead of summer!! she has actually gottin a little more lenient on me lately, when i brought my ax10 home she hasnt even said anything about it ! but she is still crazy!  |

My girlfriend gave me hell for the first 3 rockcrawlers I bought. Then I let her drive one, now she has 2 rockcrawlers and shes kicking my ass on the rocks

When I found mine she was all about my hobbies. I hadn't been back into r/c yet until recently. Now that we are engaged I have discovered that my trickery of buying in small amounts has gone noticed. The other day she brought up that she had gone through my receipts in my "box on the floor". That "box on the floor", as I have told her, is just for parts for the crawler. She was not happy. This all started cause my VF Dig came on Saturday. She did the usual, "Oh, what is that Honey?". So, I went out and bought her some really expensive shoes she has been wanting. I think that made it easier for me to order a few more things for "the box on the floor". lol |
