No problems with that here. She's insanely supportive, even though she has no interest in it. I'm not sure how I got this lucky.

Of course, the R/C stuff is cheap compared to the hunting and competition shooting stuff, so maybe it's all in perspective.

Well I have read through this thread and it looks like my argument is common. It's either this or a more expensive hobby like drag racing. She doesn't complain. Except she wants her time with me. She will just come down stairs in just a bath robe flash me and ask if I'm coming up stairs soon.

i forgot to mention she bought the kit for my B-Day.
she also doesn't know i'm clearing a spot at work for a 1 to 1 build as soon as find a good donor car (I can't spell vechilce right now)

LOL, I was almost single the other night when I told her I "want to be alone". Those few words are like the holy grail of stupidity for me. Since then I have not been allowed in my hobby room.
