Man cave work area. Most of my RC's are stored here minus batteries. I have a few CowRC products-working on a conversion in the last pic-need a new mat for that project. I have some other distractions in the room too and a couch not in the pic. Need my LCD mount and then I'll have a PC up in the room for streaming/checking out manuals etc.

Garage is a mess but I do charging/drill press work etc. out there. Sometime I may post those pics when I get my 1:1 jeep out.

Recently moved so I had to redo my man cave after having worked in my old one, learning what I liked and didn't like.

My girlfriend is way too good to me and has allowed me to use 99% of our second room as my Man Cave.

Off to IKEA I went...

It's not finished yet, just got the desk built and positioned so that my OCD would be happy with how the measurements came out.

There is a long table on the other side where I will have my MacBook, iPad and work computer setup for tunes and such. I was going to use one side of this desk as my computer area but unfortunately, it just didn't work out as the coax is on the other side and the walls are concrete so I can't run a new cable very easily. I may end up using a long coax cable along the baseboards to relocate it but I think this will work out in the end.

The right side of the desk will be my main work/wrenching area. The left side will be for dirty work like gluing, soldering, Plasti-Dipping, etc...

Will post up more pics once I have it the way I want it.

Coax fits nicely out of sight tucked between the baseboard and carpet

That's what I usually do too but the baseboards are so damn tight against the carpet I can't even fit the thin coax I have between it. I do have some white cable staples that I can use, but I kind of like having the computer on the other side of the room from a tunes perspective. At least that is what I am telling myself...we'll see how I like it when I get the computer hooked up.

Thanks for the recommendation!

My work area is basically a closet in the basement. It's nice and cozy.

You are clearly better at darts than I am because I would kill that window in 1 night.
(Even with plastic tips)

It comes in handy. Though with this being a bonus room the trip back down the stairs can get nuts.

Finally got the Man Cave put together - still need to add a few little things but I'm totally stoked about it.

For tunes and surfing RCC...

here's part of mine, it's in my furnace/laundry room, 12' section of warehouse racking with plywood tops.
working on installing the flush mount bench top ventilation system that exhausts out the dryer vent and also installing a laundry basin for wife, but secretly it's for cleaning my airbrushes

Mo, not trying to bust on ya but, that's ALL your fault buddy!! You obviously have that space, you just need to clear out a small place on the bench for your small trucks!! It's easy, just try it out this Saturday. Before you know it you are wrenching on your junk in peace! Lol

Or not,, it's your call
