Annoying neighbors

Are better neighbors the mice on the roof and spiders in the corners than most humans. Those will never say that my dog pees on the stairs when it is false. Nor if it were true someday...

i have a neighbor id like to strangle..
there is a leash law in our lil town..
but this asshole lets his dog out to roam around
sh!ts in my yard,and everyone elses..
ive called animal control..they wont do anything
cause 2 of his boys are lrpd,he's "untouchable"
or so he'd like to believe..
so i go out with a shovel,scoop up the dog mess..
walk over and toss it in his driveway!!
walking away with my finger held high!!

and he struts around in his "coach shorts" with his
buluga whale gut hangn out,shirtless of course
cause he has class.

can anyone offer any advice?
this has been going on for 4yrs and im about to start
feeding it to him.

You need a air horn in the can, and when you see the dog shiting you blast it. It will scare the shit out of him ,which in turn will result in shorter shit times.
This will make him uncomfortable about going in your yard and he will go some where else. If everyone gets a air horn in a can , you guys could scare him to his own front yard.
If you get together with everyone and if anybody see the dog even out blast the horn. Everyone will hear it and grab their can and blast it at the dog until he gets back in his yard.
The trick is to never say a word to the dog or the dog's owner.

If you don't see him shiting, pick the shit up with a shovel not your hand, and take the airhorn and the shovle full of shit to the dog's owners house.
Don't say a word and stay on the street in his front yard. Blast the horn a good long blast and then put the shit in a nice little pile like you found it ,but in his yard. Then turn around and walk away, don't run. Running make it look like you did something wrong, you were just returning something that belong to him.
He probly won't come out, who would come out, there's a pissed off guy in the yard with a airhorn and a shitty shovle.
This will make him feel uncomfortable and he may not let his dog shit everywhere.

Get a small trash can with a lid.Take all the shit that his dog leaves in your yard and save it in the can.When its full,go dump it on his doorstep.

I am usually the annoying neighbor. I get along with some of my neighbors very well, for the most part everybody around us is older and retired. I help them out with stuff when they need it, keep their driveways shoveled etc. etc. They understand that I'm younger than them by 30 years so they accept my loud truck, my nitro RC vehicles, my Harley etc. because they rememer a day when they themselves or their kids had noisy hobbies. I keep my noise to daylight hours and they don't complain too much. However, we have a couple of very religious churchgoing house holds on our street too. Those people I go out of my way to annoy because they are a bunch of judgemental pricks. Long story that I don't feel like getting into.
When I leave for work at 3:30am I always make sure to drop the hammer on my truck or Harley as I'm passing their houses. Just my little way of getting some revenge and I know it works because I've heard comments like "jeez, sounds like your truck is about due for a new muffler", to which my reply is "no, it sounds just the way I like it".
