I see you're making friends again Bill, lol.
I hope you are doing better, I heard that your situation got pretty serious. What room are you in? I have to take the little woman to the baby doc today and we are going to stop by and see you while we are there. We were praying for you buddy.

Seriously though Transambill.... if I was in the hospital RC parts would be the last thing on my mind. I'm sure RPP will get you taken care of.

If you can make an ass out of yourself on the internet, I am sure you can send an email or make a phone call!
Get well soon.

Why do you even care what Bill has to say? If he wants to rant, then so be it. He never slammed anyone, just merely stated his experience and frustration. I realize there are a lot of people here that support RPP, as do Bill and I, but he is not hurting anyone with his rant on an open public forum. Seems to me that you're the one being a giant douche, if you don't like this thread then bug off.

I just don't understand why someone would vent here instead of contacting the vendor first. I am sure most would agree that's the proper way of handling a situation like this.

you shouldn't complained about something on here until you have made a couple of attempts to clear the issue out then vent on this forum. if a customer has a problem wih me i would rather them come straight to me before complaining to everyone else, that really pisses me off.

And this I do agree on, but I will always stick up for my friends first. Besides, I just attributed Bill's rant to the meds as he's a R/C power buyer, meaning he goes through more R/C's in a year than i do underwear. So he see's more than his fair share of bad dealings and yet rarely ever bitches about it.

Well I hope your friend gets through his medical condition, I don't like to see anyone in the hospital. Just like you stand up for you friend, I will stand up for a well known and respected vendor.

It sounds like you might need to look into some better quality toilet paper...

I have placed many orders with RPP and have received phone calls from them to notify me that somthing is out of stock. RPP service rocks!! You say you cant make phone calls ,so how would you know if they tried to contact you or not?

Lol my local hobby store actually has this info, my expression when they tell me how much I've spent since they opened up

I don't get any better service because of how much I've spent they are always willing to help. As far as Corey goes, that dude is awesome! It's might help that I'm also in California but shipping is stupid fast from them.

I hate to burst your big pimpin' bubble, but when an order comes in someone looks at it, grabs the parts that are on the list, throws them in a box and sticks a shipping label on it. Its the same way for each and every person.
The only places that would know you if you spent a lot of money, and do business with them would be the small mom n pop shops where they can physically see you. But, online shops, mmm...don't think so buddy.
