Has anyone ever looked at the nutrition facts for corn nuts? Talk about an unhealthy snack. (4 servings per BAG)   |

man if you looked at the back of everything you eat you wouldn't eat anything. their isn't any thing out that comes in a can/bag/grocery store that is good for ya, just take the punches as they roll, eat what ever makes you happy, your going to die one of these days any how. |

Back when i was 10 or so all i used to drink up till then was bottle water, and alot of it. Anyways it ended up sending me to the doctor because it wiped clean all my nutritional stuff...mostly sodium if i remember right. It happened kinda fast, a cold or something disabled me enough i went from healthy to almost living dead over a period of 2 weeks... anyways doctors sure didn't hesitate to shove abunch of iv's in my arm to replenish my lack of stuff... Now water is hardly ever in my diet. Its either blue powerade or sweet tea...here lately lots of dr. pepper, its kinda addicting Dr. p and ranch flavored corn nuts. MMMMM | |
