It's a new video as far as I know. It was on a bunch of news sites yesterday. I'd be surprised if some kind of lawsuit didn't follow. People try to cash in on everything, especially idiots.

The video itself should be enough to get any sort of lawsuit thrown out. They had to weave between the arms to get to the drawbridge. Not only that, they hit the one on the right on the way through.

Darwin missed an awfully good opportunity with this one. The amount of stupid displayed by the bike rider is simply astounding.

Considering how often tjis happens at train crossings and those lawsuits,aren't thrown out, then the road just cuts a payoff check vs fighting it, she'll get a payoff.
