The lady called 911 when she stopped in case he was hurt, but he took off. When the cops arrived she showed them the video, after which they tracked him down and charged him with several traffic offenses.

He's a dumb ass for crashing..To me it would have been more rewarding if i let that guy pass me then i found him crashed a few miles up the road. Funny that she found a place to pull over right after the crash. I'm already going the 10 MPH over that cops let you passing others....if ass hats want to go faster then that, they can get a ticket for passing on the right along with speeding ....
