I've done 80. I hurt. Just doing 10 when I think of it.

Coworker has his 100 in already.

Lunch routine.

one hundred push ups - welcome

I'm on week 5, day 1.

60 second rest minimum between sets.

Set 1: 36
Set 2: 40
Set 3: 30
Set 4: 24
Set 5: 40+ (go until you can't)

arms are like jello posting this.

I just finished my 100 for today. They were getting pretty sloppy towards the end.

I have a bunch of hardware in my elbow so I feel your pain. I don't know if that will give you anymore motivation or not.

Just left physical therapy for my elbow and shoulder, both have been giving me a ton of trouble.

start with half pushups to see how your injuries react. put something under your chest like a small pillow. only go that low. see how the first 100 like that feel the next day. no sence in going backwards with your recovery for eepeeee
