| Re: 100 for 100 Ha..... Tell me how your chest feels in four days and how easy it is to do 20 in a row in four days. Or even 10 in a row. It's rough when you aren't used to doing push-ups. I'm no fitness guru but I don't think 100 for 100 days is a good way to go. Not if you are used to 0 for 365 days. You will need a break before you start to feel good again. |

Yeah... we'll see. Thankfully, I'm pretty light. Got a few buddies on another forum starting today also. I think if we all stay motivated, we'll all make it happen. Even if I can only do five at a time. |

Feel free to make me a list, and I will. And I just did ten more for a total of 110. Had to see what it'd feel like. |

I got to 3, ruptured my kidney, sh*t my pants, and cussed out my mom. I think the first day went well!

20-20-10 makes 50 tonight and 100 for the day. The last ten were tougher than the first 20 this morning. I think this is gonna get worse before it gets better....... |

Hey, this sounded fun earlier. Should be pretty easy since my belly has grown exponentially, I don't have as far to go as I did in years past. Just kidding... Haven't done any in at least 8 years or so, I just did 20. That's it... Starting out slow. Maybe 20 more before dead, I mean bed. |

I finished 100 today. The last 20 were very hard. I was good during the first 80 in the course of about 2 hours. Then I took a long break and the last 20 hurt
