One run in water and your motor was no good?? I run in the mud water and some nasty stuff at that and I've been rocking the same motor for about 6months, replaced brushes once, clean them after your daily runs and no issues, 3s all day long sometimes hit them with 4s, VOLT UP AND GEAR DOWN. Maybe you didn't take care of your motor like you should but either way there is no need to get your painties in a bunch if someone says something like these guys ^, because more than likely they are trying to help and if you come off like a smart a$$ your gonna get it right back.
