|  surgery
So I've had spinal stenosis for quite some time now and finally took a toll on me. Had surgery on January 29th. They go through the front of your neck and shove your esophagus over and I Had to have 2 plates put in at c5-6 and c6-7. I'm in process of recovering now.

I had a couple vertebra fused... good times, got me into crawlers actually. You'll be good as new... without the pain! |

I'm getting a titanium cage around L4-5 and L5-S1 to support the fusion in that area. Hope you get healed up soon!
