Drive 60ish miles to a Micro Center to buy their in store computer parts on times I can't wait for shipping or don't want to pay for overnight shipping. Taxes on something most times is less than overnight shipping.

There was a rat shack near my work had all their stuff half off last month. Loaded up on solder, iron tips, and Arduino stuffs. Going to suck, Rat Shacks was the only places local I could buy soldering iron tips. Guess I'm going to have to start ordering them.

Keeping an eye on the one near my house, soon as they start with the half off I will clean them out too.

My work is up the street from SuperBrighteLEDs so I haven't had to pay shipping for LEDs in loooonng time. Getting last minute resistors could be interesting now.

Here is my Realistic brand PA Amp I have used for years without fail.
Great clean sound and power, and being a mixer I have lots of input options (xlr for mics, 1/4 for inst, rca for audio gear.)
There was a golden age of Realistic, some of their top end stuff was a great example of American made lasting quality.
I got her used 10+ years ago for next to nothing and have been amazed ever since.

Would we be on these devices, having this discussion without Tandy (Radio Shack?)
