Meh, Tamiya was more than 90% of what was showing up at events or whatever, until Axial came around and made it easy for everyone. That's why they're so huge. Making it easy. Just like shitty fast food. Mmmm, Big Mac and an orange drink.

Vaterra came close but goofed up the axle gear ratio.

The quest for pumpkin clearance and a decent ratio is tough.

Perfectly put. Failed twice. Losi's worms and the Vaterra axles...

At least they tried.

i can tell you without a doubt that their advertising and marketing efforts are far better than they used to be. unless your product is actually associated somehow with them, putting boobs next to your logo doesnt say anything about your branding other than you dont have any. for lack of better words that stuff is a stripper in an axial shirt posing next to a drill press, tell me what that is doing for the axial brand?

We're in the wrong age bracket, Hoop. Sex sells, right? You should know that.

It's not the steak it's the sizzle.

Isn't that Flo from the Progressive commercials?

I would rail the shit out of flo. It looks like they airbrushed the dirt and hand prints off this chick though.

Looking for airbrushed dirt I noticed her eyebrows and love handles.

Nice shrink wrap skirt.

I loved my Ascender so much I sold my fully built scx10. I can live with a less than ideal gear ratio.

theres some point and click smoothing and color, but i think the axial model is hot as hell without being photoshopped too much.

one of the only effective uses of a hot chick is at a 1:1 event where you want to keep someones attention or draw them away from other tents or brands.

but to just use a hot chick for an ad, when your product has absolutely nothing to do with anything sexual, is stupid and newb. axial has a very good campaign and brand right now, i can assure you thats something that is still made in the usa by people who care about the brand.

They made it better, as well as easier. That's why they're huge.
