I don't want to sound like a dick but only newbs publicly discuss Boom racing and Vanquish as if they had to make a hard decision between them. Boom racing, Integy and other Chinese stuff is all equally crappy. Yes it's cheap but it's not very good. The quality of the material and the workmanship is not up to par with the vanquish stuff. No, vanquish isn't perfect either but they are a lot closer to it then the others.

Yes, only a newb would compare VP to anything else.

All non-newbs know never to compare VP to anything because it's like apples and oranges.

Out of curiosity, who here has actually purchased and used Boom Racing axles?

I saw them at Axialfest and they are actually quite nice for the price.

There was a time when noobies wouldn't ask so many questions expecting answers immediately. Rather they'd search and search until they had to ask and then they would expect to be flamed. EeePee is actually right in his analogy of how it was here and on most of the net at one time in "the good old days". These days any fleeting thought is tossed up online expecting immediate answers without being made to feel bad. Call it bullying or e thugging if it makes you feel better.

You know you may be right but unless someone around me has some I can put my hands and eyes on I don't think I would waste my money. Too many times I've been stuck buying things multiple times when I should have just bought the more expensive and been happy. I'm not saying the most expensive is always the best but I feel in this case it's a strong argument.
