the term "dime a dozen" means the hobby would be saturated with cool rc girls. it basically means something is easy to come by or plentiful. wrong context im afriad :-p

He's a 11 mo. old Springer Spanial, full blooded, great blood lines and VERY smart, but my only problem is he can be very RAMBUCIOUS, especially when he goes outside and then comes back in, ge goes a 100 mph around the house and like JRH said, I'm having trouble keeping from jumping on us when we return home or when company comes over, he gets WAYYYY exited! What can I do cause I get upset when he does that and I dont want to be upset with him!
Have her sit before she does anything. If she whines or anything don't let her in the house. When she is calm and sitting allow her to come in. When she jumps up Knee her hard enough to knock her back. After a few times of that she might get the drift. Mine is so damn quick it is hard to knock her back, and her size doesn't make it easy either. Just don't break a rib.

Julie, I saw your my space page and that is proof enough for me that you are really a chick. I love the music on there I am abig fan of techno/dance music.

Anyway I am also new at crawling but not RC, I own:

CARS:
Stock wheely king
wheely king tuber(still building)
Ax-10
Tc4
Rc10B4
Rc18t
Micro-t
Scalpel
Micro rs4

BOATS:
1/12 Miss Bud (converted to electric)
Electric Supervee
1939 Chris-Craft Racing Runabout
Small custom Airboat
Hammer

PLANES
100MPH Stryker
Dual ducted fan Stryker
Super Cub
Extra 300s (480 size)
Microjet
Funtana 100x
Skyvista
Somethin Extra
Cessna 182
And some more scratch built stuff

As you can probably tell I am kinda in over my head here. Oh well! I am in school but ultimatly plan on opening my own hobby shop, but am still trying to convince my brother to go into business with me.

Lastly so as not to totally hijack the thread, I unfortunatly don't have any pups now because I don't have the time for them and could not spend the kind of time with them they desrerve. All my Syblings hve dogs though and Ilike to visit them often (My syblings actually beleive I am there to se them, Suckers!).

Hey Tom..Your dog just needs excersize and lots of it...We have 5 dogs that we keep inside and belive me..Excersize is key..Two of them are Pits, 2 chihuahua terriers and one Basenji lab mix and they LOVE to play...I try to tkae them all to the park to release some energy..I walk them there..let them go wild and then walk them back to calm them down...If the dogs are pent up in the house all day..you gottah let them get it out of their systemm..HEre a couple pics of my dog...Ill get pics of the other s latter..

His name is Kakuhihewa..Named after an ancient Hawaiian Chief of Oahu more spacificly the Ewa district where I got him..Hes alitlle over a year old, 3/4 Pit bull and 1/4 English bull..75lbs of MASS...

That is a good method to curb jumping up on people. You don't have to go all Jet Li on the dog, just bring up a knee and block the dog from jumping on you. It gets the point across after a couple weeks.

i truly believe julie is a dude just messing with us..

i need real proof..
LOL!! I sat around last night after I was done with this thread for a while and thought the same thing. One of my mom's favorite sayings was "If something seems too good to be true, it probably is"

If this is a scheme of some kind, it's elaborate...
