I am using regular pinions in my 2.2 Bully. It is just hard to find ones around here that are under 14t. They use the regular 48p pinions (same as Axial), if a hobby store in Montrose carries them.

Yes the bentonite site comp is same place as last year. Probably not the same rock though. I don't know that for sure I'm not setting up courses for 2.2's. The schedule says sign up at noon start at 1:00pm. I'm hoping the super guys are all there by 11:30 or so, if that's the case I'm hoping we can run supers early. Here's directions. For anyone that doesn't know there is a detour after you turn onto monument road because they are replacing the bridge on D Road. Just follow the detour signs and turn right when you get to the end of the detour. Little Park road is a couple hundred yard south of where the detour ends. Directions to Little Park Road Bentonite Site From I:70 take the Horizon Dr ramp and head south. Follow Horizon Dr to 12th St and head south. Head south on 12th St to Grand Ave. (you will pass Patterson Ave first, then North Ave, If you get to Ute or Pitkin, you went too far) Head West along Grand Ave (hwy 340) You will cross two bridges. Make a left at Monument Rd. Make a left at D Rd. Continue on D Rd which turns into Rosevale Rd and you will be heading south. Head south all the way to the end and where Rosevale turns into Little Park Rd. Reset your odometer here and follow Little Park Rd for 3.8 miles. 3.8 miles up little park road on the right side is the Bentonite Site, there is a blm sign identifying it. This is a map to bangs canyon to get to the bentonite site follow the same map just turn right when you get to the bentonite site instead of driving the last 1.9 miles to Bangs Canyon: Map to BangsCanyon Last edited by MystRacing; 04-30-2010 at 01:41 PM. |

Hope to see everyone around lunchtime. I'm definitely looking forward to it sun/rain/snow/sleet, either way it's better than work.
