Congrats to you again Rodney on the win. It's my pleasure to finish second to you any day. Man, what a nail-biter though. It was great to see such close competition.Congrats to flapjack too for 3rd. Way to stay consistent with the little 'yota that keeps on truckin'.

I was really happy with how Pepe worked today, I wish I knew why it is my destiny to have a pinion come loose at every event though..... Thanks to Holmes Hobbies and the 10T puller that works so dang well. A big thanks to Team RCCrawler, TCS Crawlers, Montana Scale Designs, Vanquish Products, and Reign RC for the best parts and support you could ask for.
The pleasure was all mine What a great day. Thanks to all who helped. Anytime I can run toy trucks with Grizz, I know it's gonna be an awesome day.

Hardly, I got lucky. It was a battle of attrition today. The one thing I've learned about a TTC comp is waterproofing is key. If we would have had one more course I'm not sure I could have made it through it. My motor is cooked, my winch is done and I was out of batteries. Pepe was still going strong at the end of the day.

It was a close battle all day. Rodney and I traded 1st and 2nd place on several courses and we each had our struggles. At the end of the day it wasn't clear who the winner was going to be. It was an amazing competition but Rodney and his rig were just a little bit better. It came down to 11 points, and 6 of those were scale points.

Sweet pics Mica! Glad you stopped by.

Awesome time! Thanks to Rodney and Ty for getting it all set up, and Congratulations to Rodney for pulling out the win!

Just checked my motor and my brushes are just about gone I think some sort of filtration system is needed before the next time. Water is ok, but silt is bad...that's what I get for not outrunning the cloudy water

This is what stopped my charge and killed my guaranteed shot at the win...(ok, I would have still finished 5th but it would have been fun to run just one more course!)

I had just enough brush left to finish, but had my wires running off to the side...once they hit, the brushes just couldn't reach any further...Live and learn

I keep thinking of all the things I want to change, and 30 days doesn't seem like enough time Time to break out the second can of midnight oil.

Hahahaha!! That's awesome Juan, I couldn't believe that when you showed me earlier today. Basicly you used up a full brush in one day.

If only you had straightened out those brush leads....if only I had checked my pinion set screw......

I've got so many ideas in my head for the next event I can't even think straight.

I had a good time even though I had a bad day. I still have yet to see what all I fried once I was completely submerged. Looking forward to the next one, but I don't think the boggers will make an appearance on it again, just too narrow.

I still have yet to upload the pictures I took to the computer, but will try to get them posted here in a day or so.

Thanks again for the good times!
