I hate to do this, but I'll be dropping out. My grandfather isn't looking good so I'll be traveling to WV over the weekend unless they get a blizzard. I'll make the next one.

Itty go ahead and stick that 2.2 next to my name please sir--The Bergs lookin like it'll be able to at least attempt the first course. The scaler on the other hand probably wont be making it due to a recent ......um...... fender bender.
What do you need to get the scaler back up and running?

I plan on being there! Hopefully I'll have my rig setup but if not, I guess I'll just drive it like I stole it!

Not to mention it's the first time a comp has ever been held at this location...wouldn't you like to be able to tell your grandchildren about this one day?

Yes I'm sure it would be, but first I would have to get remarried ( I'm 49) have some kids first then possibly have some grandkds.

who ready? im not but getting closer. took my axles apart tonight for an inspection and re-greasing. still got to make some new side panels and install the new shocks that should be in the mailbox for me today. looking at the drivers list, there should be alot of different set ups. alot of bergs vs xr10s. not to mention a little T1E vs YTC. who's gonna take the 1st ever SC comp?

Me too! I thought about pulling the axles apart to regrease but I figured since it hasn't taken a swim again recently I'd leave it alone this time. I've gotta top off all the packs tomorrow night and make sure I've got all of the supplies for the comp loaded up. I know I need to print the score sheets, but I think that's about it at this point.

Sounds like you'd have enough time to drive from work to the zoo and get a power nap in before the comp!
