2012-13 SCRCC Series Comp 4 @ Falls Park - Dec. 15th

We will run three to four courses of at least 7 gates each. The time limit will be determined during course setup, but more than likely 5 minutes per course. The top 5 drivers will run a finals course. We will be using the FREE CRAWL format for this comp and will set up courses for 2.2 and 2.2S.

At this point we will only be running 2 classes in order to finish up a little earlier so that we can move on to the SCRCC Christmas Dinner at Slowbro Sis's house that evening

I can tell those are some older photos, there are no shaved tires in those shots. I hate to wish my life away, but is the 15th here yet? Anyone got any news, such as upgrades ready for this comp? Let's hear about them or better yet, let's see them. Don't be shy....

My only upgrade is a little moisture in my electronics...I believe it will enhance power transfer from the ESC's to the motors

You mean since I've seen it cool off in the river or are you referring to then? I've added some knuckle weights to my pro rig,,,,boring..... but I have changed my Losi up a little. I'll get photos of it this evening if I remember. Changed shocks to SCX10's and outboarded them. Changed where they mount to the chassis also by moving the mounts outward. Lowered my battery tray to try and help get the center of gravity down and changed a lot of rod ends to loosen everything up a bit. Again, pics will show it all later.

BTW - let me know if that enhances that transfer....

Still alive and looking forward to this weekend as well as the 15th. But it does look like activity is a little slow on here right now. I wonder what everyone is doing if they're not working on or playing with their crawlers. Is there really life outside of crawling???? I don't think so......

x2 There is plenty of rock over in that area, need to put it too good use.

Well I was thinking since we are only running two classes and its not going to be very hot (which is usually the two reasons we don't comp over there...no shade and it would be cramped with running 3 classes)
