| Brainstorming next qualifier
I think most that were at the comp heard, but I am entertaining the idea of another comp later this year. Thinking early November. Looking for input on locations and dates. My thoughts were: Early Nov Moab St. George Somewhere warm Post up if youre interested and also if you have ideas for dates and locations. Another thing that popped into my head is that something way south for a Jan/Feb comp would be awesome, but it would be a lot of effort for me to find something without somebodies help. |

Early Nov sounds reasonable. As long at the accommodations have functioning AC I'm good. J |

I know a handful of the Vegas boys would be down for St.George. Most of us love that area. I have been talking with the Utah Scale Guys about doing another scale off around Jan in StG but dates still haven't been firmed up. |

Halloween weekend? (Works for me so would the next one) St George only adds 2 hours to my potential friday night drive. Moab is a little tougher for me to get to reasonably. My thoughts |

Just a little info you may or may not find helpful. Moab: Great location, but its expensive red tape cluster frak. Unless you have a private or government connection. St George is awesome....only catch is the city dosn't allow you charge entry fees. I am sure you come up with some creative work arounds. |

That's just me being selfish though. I've been considering organizing a qualifier here in nor cal just looking for a good spot where we wont get hassled to much.

I would support it if there were any demand. How many people do you think would show to a comp in the middle of the country? We just had 18 at BOTW and looks like ECC will be 20 or under, if they are lucky. By the way, if it is St.G, it will NOT be in the same location as past years. That place is so over driven its not even funny. | ||||

For the vegas crew it's hard for a lot of the guys to take time off. But with a 2 hour drive it's pretty easy to get guys to atleast come for the day.
