| futaba 4pk or 4pl?
I'm in a toss up right now. I have a few friends that have different opinions. I want to get a futaba transmiter and I have 1 friend that says go 4pk, "its the best". But the remote is $450+ dollars and I'm like holy shnikies . I just don't know how I could justify spending that kind of money on a remote. Please if you can fill me in that would be great. Another friend is all about the 4pl. He says its great and its all ill need and its only $200. Which would you guys recomend. Its going to be used in my scaler

Ummm....a lot depends on what what you need. I will believe the 4PL will cover all that is important for a nice price drop. What rig are you running? Are you running more than 1 rig? If more than 1 rig, what else are you running?? |

I'm running a ax10 with dig, I have a scx10 foff rig that's going to be getting a summit trans and I have a scx10 dingo on its way. With the dingo I want dig and a winch. With thoughs rigs, will a 4pl do me good?

| I don't see why not. I will admit I don't know all the programming on the 4PL though, but a read on post 1 in the 4PL programming thread (by Harley) should answer any questions.
