Default esc+motor connections

Just finally have everything to hook up electronics. Im using a castle vapor esc off my savage xs until I can get ahold of a holmes brxl esc. Besides battery wires there are three spots to connect wires(a,b,c). I've tried searching with no luck. Could someone please try and just explain the right way to connect this to my new brood motor. I do have the castle link card so I can adjust esc if need be. Thanks

likely the brood motor will be hooked to a (+) and c (-) but first the esc must be set to brushed mode with the castle link being if it has a brushed mode setting.

If you are running a Brush motor that is correct. As Benoj said you use A (+ve) and C (-ve).
Have your changed the running mode over to Brushed with castle link? If not, it wont work at all.
