Default Wierd Steering Glitch

Here is the setup. In my Axial EXO Terra Buggy I have a SC8 120amp ESC (HobbyWing) and a 4pole 2700kv motor. I am also using a FlySky GT3B Radio and Receiver, the servo is a Axial AS-2 (stock Wraith servo), it is being powered off a Castle BEC . I determined the stock internal BEC was shot since it would not work if I used any battery larger then a 2s (7.4v). The Castle BEC is set at 7.4v from being used in my Wraith and a HV servo. I am running 4s 2200mah 40c LiPos.

Here is the issue. I am getting really wierd steering glitches from the servo while in throttle. It glitches and turns hard when I throttle and then when I let off of the throttle. I will try to post a video of it later if I can get a chance. Does anyone know what the issue could be.....
Could it possibly be that the stock Axial servo just does not like 7.4v which is causing it to glitch. Please I need some help.

7.4v is too much for the stock servo. It's only rated for 6v. adjust it to the proper voltage and see what happens

I ran my BEC at 7.0 volts with that same servo, and burnt it up. Started with the same twitches you described, eventually just got really slow and lazy, then wouldn't respond at all. Sounds like yours is on its way out.

I replaced mine with a Futaba. I liked the price, and that it handles high voltage, but wish I'da puked up more coin and gotten more power.

Ok so what i thought about it being to much volts might be right. Ill reprogram the BEC to 6.0v and see if it works properly. I know its still a good servo. Just need to set it properly. Thanks for help.
