my gt3b. im confooosed

I have everything I need and a pre-hacked gt3b, then I have another stock radio i just installed the 4 pin on and its ready to plug in.

I plugged in the STM8S-Discovery card and my laptop read it and said ready to use. I really dont know what Im doing on computers. cant figure this out and everything I have read here doesnt make sense to me.

all I need is both radios to have 3 channels and a 3 pos button for winch. maybe a 4th channel for lights on/off 2 pos.

anyone?

im pissed. I either burned the radio up, or deleted everything off of it. or i dunno.

plugged it in like I was told, followed everything to a tee. only thing is it says, "select firmware you want to run"...WTF? how the hell am I supposed to know what firmware even is? I can barely type much less program shit... so I selected "swim something" last updated 2009 something... seemes logical. everything worked as it said it would till now, my radio wont do anything now. my bad. but i dont know why..

OK, click this link and download the firmware you want. Then when it asks what firmware, go to where it downloaded and select it.

i really dont think you guys understand how little I know about computers. suppose ill learn wont I. when i click on something and 3 things pop up asking me yes or no i just shut shit down. I dunno.

Download the firmware...

then do the same thing you did earlier, but select the file you downloaded (probably in your downloads folder)

yes thats exactly what I did and it worked thanks much.. now the radio works but i dont know where to begin. scrolling through a-b up down 200 something.... all i need is a 3 pos 3rd for a winch.. simple as that. I now have 2 radios with the same firmware so I need to program them both. I cant seem to find a manual for this firmware.

one radio will run multiple rigs with out rebinding.....unless this is for two drivers.

so is this the best firmware for 4 channel with on/off for lights, 3 pos for winch then my steering and throttle as normal??
