OK so bec settings are good where they are. All the connections are soldered then heat shrinked. I don't have a volt meter.... I picked up a hitec 7955 so I'm going to grab a new bec and wire that up. Pull this one dismantle it and redo everything... replace all my battery leads as well. Is deans the way to go or should i go another route? Thanks everyone you're all great!! :thumbup:

I use Anderson PowerPoles/Sermos but they're a little larger, Tower Hobbies has them.

Most use Deans connectors, there are the XT's and some other bullet connectors, or Traxxas. Tower has Deans as well.

APPs are larger, heavier and handle less current. Deans are definItely the better choice. I used APPs back in my carpet racing days before deans connectors got popular.

Propably a silly question, but have you cheched for binding in the steering setup?

Steering seems free enough.... But haven't done anything other than move wheels side to side by hand.....

Have you done this ^^^ with everything bolted up, as in ready to go but powered off? Reason I'm asking is that there might be binding between the servo horn/drag link, or draglink/steering arm.

Yeah , as it sits no power moved the front wheels left to right.......
