Default dual motor esc

I am looking at a scx10 with the dual plate setup and two axial 27t motors, also has a lrp runner esc. Is that esc capable of running this setup?

i agree with nigels world,
but whats the turn limit on that esc? those two motors in parallel would be a 13.5 turn load on the esc, if the esc can handle atleast a 13 turn load it will run em
