The 3PL only has 4 wheel steer and brake mixing. You would need a 4PL to get esc mixing.

I am not too sure, it does have a 2 pos switch for the 3rd channel and maybe someone have made a controller to allow dig on each esc (like wannamix) but not sure if it works for 2 pos switch, I know it work on 3 pos switch. Check with Heyok or Losikid, they should be able to point you to the right direction.
