Exclamation FS GT3C Problem / Need help

I've owned my GT3C for about 5 months now and I love it. I have had ZERO problems with this radio until today. The select button/wheel stopped working.
I had just installed a new micro servo for the dig switch on my highly modified RS10 XT and wanted to make a small adjustment to the end points. At first all was fine....press the wheel scroll to EPA, press, scroll to Ch.3 press to select, but this time nothing happened when I pressed. I try again, same result. Now no matter how hard or soft I press it will not work. The wheel will still scroll but I can't select anything. I turned it off to exit the menu so I could try again but now I can't even access the menu to make any adjustments.
Anybody else have this problem?
If so what did you do to fix it?
Thanks in advance guys.

***This radio has never been hacked, hell the only time its been opened was to install the battery.

make sure you have fully charged batteries in it. 9.5v and under & it starts to do crazy things

Its a GT3C it runs off a 3.7 volt LiPo that is specific to the remote.

I can't say I have had this issue but perhaps something has gotten in there and is stopping the push button switch.

I would also take it apart and look for a bad solder on the switch/selector. It may be the solder joint just woke up one morning and said F it.

If you go here there is a hack tutorial that will explain how to remove the case to look.
