Default Battery question

Still very much a rookie to this so looking for someones expert opion. I have a 2200 mah mini pack 2s I have been running for a little while and the other running it the power dropped in half instantly. It was fully charged and only been running maybe 5 minutes. Stuck a big pack in 5000mah 2s and no problems. What would cause this problem?
Thanks in advanced

Possibly a dead cell.

Have you hooked it to the balance charger? If its bad it will tell you and not charge the pack.

Is it puffed ?

I just have a cheap but new balancer charger. Charged great. No puffing, just curious cause I had another 1800 pack just shell out to. Are the bigger packs more reliable?

Not that I know of. Allot of guys on here use small packs in the 450 to 800 mah range.

What are you running it in? What type of motor?

What rate are you charging them at? I would go no more than 1 to 1.5 amps.
Is it possible your charger is getting a false peak? or does it charge the bigger packs fine?

I have a honcho I was running it in and a 1.9 custom steel buggy. 35t novak rock star 8n one and a tekin 55t in the honcho. I always charge at 1 amp and the bigger packs seem to charge fine.
