Question Batt and ESC Question

I have a HH BR-XL w/o a battery and was wondering about the batt requirements. Can the batt have a burst of 80a+ and thats for the continuous or no?

The ESC will only use what it needs, it does not care if the battery has a 200C burst.

Where "C" ratings come into play is when it's too low and the ESC needs more "uumph" than the pack can deliver. That is when you notice a lack of performance and the rig may even brown-out due to voltage drop.

"True 100C" sounds like marketing.

Yes it will work.

Same as I stated in the earlier post.

The BRXL takes a 2s up to 6s lipo. If you're concerned about C rating, 30 min 50 max. Anyone claiming over 50C is BS!!
