Both were set at their max voltage. I too have the red case servos. Hoping it was part of a bad batch. Like the overall quality. The all aluminum case is a plus. If only all top end servos carried that along with a good price point.

I got my BB servo in, chad at tail draggers had it shipped out within 2 hours of me ordering it, which is pretty impressive. Took 2 days to get from Kentucky to California. Overall it looks awesome, hopefully it performs as good as it looks. I talked to chad today and told him about rccrawler so hopefully we'll see him on the forums soon! He is a super cool and honest guy, plus he answers the phone and emails really quick too. He's a small mom and pop shop with good customer service, which is getting harder to find now n days.

installed a H50B in my Bomber today. simple in house and a short driveway test and it seems nice.
If the end points aren't set, it could nearly rip itself off the mount... mine is running 7.4v.

hoping I get to play a bit tomorrow.

I ordered one from taildraggers but it won't be here until after I've left for a long distance day of crawling Saturday. Luckily a good friend has one new in package for me to install tomorrow so I'll be up and running properly. I've burned up 2 savox and my 7980 went funky in the passed few weeks so I'm hoping this servo lasts a while. I can guarantee I'll be putting it through hell on my crawler. I have a habit of wedging the front and moving the whole rig when needed.

Still working and lot's of power
I have one for reserve if my Hitech burns.
Here is video from the comp running with BLS-H50B

I will post more when more comps and training behind.

Put a couple hours on my servo today and it's still going strong. It's quiet and has plenty of grunt @ 7.4 volts.

Rxracer though lost his with just a bit more run time than I. His was pretty chatty and it finally quit turning left. He was @ 7.4 volts too.

Hope mine lasts longer!

Upon further inspection Rxracer didn't kill a servo after all. He simply had a screw in a c hub come loose so it was moving laterally rather than turning the wheels.

I got a dead bird. First gear is a 2 piece due to the pin breaking just like maslin did. Mine was in my crawler though. We'll see if it gets warrantied or not.

My middle pin broke as well, but luckily my gears are still good. I put a new pin in and all is good. Contact chad, he will take care of you. But I dont think he has any to warranty right now because blue bird is already working on a better middle pin.

Got a contact for Chad or should I pm him here? I'm ordering a promodler monday anyway since I was in need of a servo for another sportsman so I can wait for a warranty exchange.
