Default Servo clicking and winding noise

Hi,

I've just finished building my Element RC Enduro and installed a Power HD WP-23KG servo. After I calibrated ESC and plugged in the servo, it clicks and winds what I power up. The servo works fine and turns. The sound is like when servo reaches limit, but it makes that sound even when in neutral.

Did I received a dud? Is it damaged somehow?

Should I get a replacement?

Thanks

Digital servos are noisy, as long as it is working, you're good.

The only time my Savox servos quiet down is when the wheels are off of the ground.

I see! And yes, the sounds stop when wheels have no weight on it.

Thanks!
