Beerman's RcBros Berg build (update on page 7)

It's time for an update and a little bragging. I was in the Caribbean for 10 days marrying the most beautiful woman on the planet. I truly had the time of my life with my family friends.

Here is a picture of my wife

Now to the important part, my crawler. I got back from my trip on Saturday and had a competition on Sunday. The nice thing is I won the comp and the crawler performed flawlessly. Before I left for my trip I had Chris from Creation Fab rewire my electronics and move it back into my chassis. Having my electronics between the upper and lower front links was causing binding issues and interfering with the overall cycling of the suspension. I really do need to thank Chris for the nice work that he did, it sure was appreciated. Here are a few pictures and a short video clip that's less than a minute long.

I got married in St. Lucia, the carribean is gorgeous. Im so glad that is where she wanted to get married. The best part was her dad paid for the whole wedding.

Tom for my wedding gift got me the Harley adapter so I can mount a 1.9 wheel to my 4pl. Tom also got a sweet VP Method wheel.

Spent the day working on the crawler. I have about 50 packs though the motors so it was time to take them apart to clean and give them a rebuild. Tom bought a motor lathe so I wanted to take advantage of it. It took about three passes to get a nice clean shiny comm. Put in new brushes and springs. Some before and after pictures.

MIP driver... Very classy my friend. Some people show up to a party with Coors Light, some with a nice bottle of Scotch.

You had to go talking about scotch. I had to pour myself a glass. The MIP drives are the only way to go

Those are very nice drivers. I was on the other side of the garage watching Tom turn my pile of parts into a crawler and using them as well:) Tom worked on my rig nonstop for 8 hours:shock: I owe him big time.

Thanks to both of you for having me to the house, the help and the hospitality!!!

The nice part was clay came out and did some crawling with me. Then afterwords went to famous Dave for ribs and beer.

Lesson learned the hard way, don't use aluminum hardware on high stress areas. I sheared the screw at the upper link mount in the front. It's one of those things you can't fix at the comp.
