I spent the morning at Oakes working on the rocks. Added some new material to 3 of the existing islands, and re-worked 1. Also created 2 new islands out there, and pulled down some of rocks on the outside areas too so they are more accessible from "ground level".

I appreciate you making it accessible. I will be attending only this national event since I can get around and get to the rock piles whereas most of the time I cannot since I'm in a wheelchair. Looking forward to this event, can May fly by a little faster pls!!

Myself and 4-5 other SC drivers will be at the Hampton Inn over in Dayton. The address is 7043 Miller Ln, Dayton, OH. They had the best accommodations for the number of people we have. I also spoke with all of the other hotels along Miller Ln and found that most places had rooms in the $70-90 and of course there's the cheapies like Red Roof, Days Inn, Hawthorn which all have rooms starting around $55. If you've never been to BG, or have always stayed closer to the comp location you really owe it to yourself to stay in the area we are. There's restaurants on top of restaurants to choose from, just about any store you could want (Wal-Mart, ABC, Grocery, etc.) all within reasonable walking distance of the hotels.

If you can't tell...I highly recommend staying in this area
