Wily Willy makes everything cooler. I approve! Also, great sheet metal work. Do you have a forming brake? |

Thanks Jato! I went back n forth on driver figure, but Wild Willy ended up perfect! I have a small brake I scored from Harbor Freight. I'm considering the combo Slip Roller, Sheer and Brake they have. I just need to make a bit of space in the shop since it's floor mounted. Maybe sell a motorcycle or two!

Thanks man! If I did sell the motorcycles, I'd replace them with a Grom, or TWO! Smaller and easier to stash in a corner. My buddy and I would like to see if we can get a spec racing series going with them. That's why 2. One to keep clean and street and the other to thrash on the track. (He's got a huge parking lot for his business that we'd lay the course out on. Be nice to put the leathers and knee pucks back to use!

Wild Willy looks great and the interior! I have a 4' box & pan brake another good one to look at is the Harbor freight 3' brake with a little adjusting it would do well. I have hand sheared all my bodies since I started also HF has lots of coupons for discounts. Keep up the great work! |

I've got most of the heavy lifting done on Project Dragon Slayer at this point. Still some small detail items to wrap up, including exhaust exits on right rear panel, fuel filler / dry break on left rear panel, LED's wired for the light pods, etc. Anxious to then get the panels shot with etching primer and the satin black finish coat. Weather temps and humidity are not cooperating though. But, gives me some time to wrap up those other details i suppose.

Nice. What does the stance look at ride height?

Here ya go Shane. Like I said though, I haven't even touched suspension yet. Bench thoughts are a little ride height out of the front, and up a bit in spring rate at the back.

Doing some finishing detail touches prior to paint. Made this little dry break fueler out of some ABS, small cap screws. I plan on masking off the fuel inlet openings prior to paint so that they remain raw aluminum. I still need to figure out the exhaust tips, exits on the right side panel. Not sure If I'm going to look to something 3D printed or fab something up for them out of metal, metal tubing.

The Dragon Slayer is looking good. The fabbed exhaust is great. That looks much better than anything 3D printed would have looked!
