Did you try calling the CS number and then hitting the # sign a few times? It is a trick my wife learned of and it has worked for a couple people. It should get you to a live person instead of voice mail and they will then transfer you to another live person in the proper dept. My replacement chassis showed up yesterday after my wife got through that way just last week. Give it a try.

Above copied from my post on Customer Service thread.

That doesnt sound like there customer service. I called with problems on mine and they sent me a whole new chassis no questions asked. They may be cracking down on all these LOSERS calling for no reason trying to get free chassis .

Yea I guess so...i'm pretty unhappy about it because this toy is ALL i play with...I piddle with it constantly and always tell my friends how awesome they are. And now with only three wheels, it's amazing how little it will do. It relys on that third wheel so much to pull. Anyway...I don' know what to do now...I don't have the money to buy a dang 70 chassis when all I need in the front end.

I have been in touch with Don from Funrise about the same problem. He emailed me today saying that a new chassis would take about 9 weeks, it's on backorder. So he asked if he could send me a new front axle in the mean time. Of course I said yes. I think their customer servie is great.

Yeah, it's irratates me to no end to see people take advantage of their awesome customer service. I was doing really stupid things with mine and popped the rear axle. I sent an e-mail, and told them it was 100% my fault, and wondering how much a new rear axle would be. They wanted to send me a whole new chassis but I wouldn't let them. An awesome company with a good product and great customer service with a competitive price is something you don't see everyday. However, the tools that take advantage of anything and everything is.
