For my Viper II, I used some straight axial links, I think they were left overs from my Wraith kit.
The fronts are AX10 Lowers, that I bent in to an s-shape with a tubing bender, just like the ones you get from the parts store.
Then shortened them up with my dremel, re-drilled the holes, and tapped them.
So far the aluminum is working good. Can't run Revo ends on them, but they are working OK. No rod end failures yet.
The plan is for something custom in the future.

And those Berg guys think we don't fab stuff..

Tydl's upper links are an old set of Ti links I made and then gave to him when I switched from XR to Berg.

They are lunsford links that I bent. It has been almost a year and a half since I gave them to him, so I can not recall the lengths I ordered, but 90mm and 110mm rings a bell, but may not be correct.

More than enough if you mean articulation. We all have the shocks limited.

If you mean the links flexing? no, they are 4mm Ti, the don't budge much, but you don't want them too.
