I ordered a Thunder ac6 charger and they sent it to me and it doesn't work. So I tried to contact their customer service through multiple emails with no reply and when I called I was put on hold for over half an hour. Has anyone else had experience with their customer service?

I bought the same charger a while back and one of the prongs on the ac plug broke off......called them up and they paid to have it shipped back and I had a new one back to me within 10 days

I bought an AC680 from them and it works great. Fairly quick shipping too.

mine did the same thing but the power cord was the problem not the actual charger... take the charger out to your 1:1 vehicle pop the hood and hook it up to the battery using the supplied gator clips if it turns on then its the power cord if it doesnt than its the charger itself..

i did this ^^ and it worked so i borrowed my power cord from my laptop.. hope this helps

I thought it was in the power cord I read it somewhere. I'll try hooking it up to a battery tomorrow.
Did you get a "LOW VOLTAGE ERR" message when you plugged it into a wall outlet?

Their customer service kind of sucks. I had a problem a while back with a product and sent numerous emails with no answer back. I finally just called them and stayed on hold for almost and hour, I was so pissed. A customer service rep finally answered and my problem got resolved. I think they were surprised I stayed on hold so long.
