Put a zj body on the list. I know a few guys that have been looking for one but it just doesn't exist yet.

Any chance you can start using 3 piece moulds so the body (front and rear) does not have to be separate pieces?

I hope so, as I plan on expanding the business. But, it is my job to ensure the community that I won't walk away again.

I now have 2 young protege's I hope to groom into the business. It will add another dimension beyond asking the community what they want to see. Jeeps are popular worldwide, so I don't forsee ignoring them.

Currently, I design and manufacture the body panel sets in 4 pieces for a few reasons; I can add undercut detail that would otherwise be impossible to de-mold, and to make the pieces stronger overall. However, I will look at other design strategies, because eliminating some trimming would be nice for the consumer.

I think with 3 piece molds where the middle piece drops out first you can achieve under cuts and have a one piece body (but I'm no expert, I'm sure you know better than me).
The downside is the diagonal mold lines that you see on Tamiya bodies. Maybe you can split the molds along shut lines in the design to avoid this problem.

I like what you do so it would be great to see your bodies the best they can be.

Our 1-piece bobbed Bronco has a diagonal part line, from a required slide. That aids in getting the part off the mold, but doesn't rectify the material thinning issue. That's why we had to upgauge that body from .040" to .060".

Yes, I am working on rectifying my Ebay debacle right now this morning, including filling your order. I should have cancelled those auctions, and told the rcc community I was going to take a week ( or 12 ) off. That was my mistake, and I don't make any assumptions that there aren't repercussions from my stupidity.

A few more days should allow me to be caught up. I am personally taking care of the past-due orders.
I am having one of my helpers box up a few Rubis, so I may be able to get to your order quicker.

I was wondering what the possibilities are of you producing a proper toyota style bed or besides for the axial honcho body, there is a huge demand for them

Getting caught up often takes more than just a few days-
Let us know how your body is when you receive it. I am looking forward to having a pinched narrowed bronco buggy in my fleet again.

Has anyone had an order filled or a refund since he came back? Somebody on the forum has to know him personally?
Go bang on his door...
