I broke mine boss! The new ones have been getting a workout, been crawlin 4 times since last Saturday! The rocks up at Horsetooth are VERY grippy with LOTS of holes to get bound up in. The other day I pealed the beads off of both rear tires and broke a wheel up front without even a wimper from the improved cvd's! That's what I'm talkin' bout!

I just received my replacements and what a difference in size! The ball is noticeably bigger than the prototype and the area circled has much more material than before. I highly doubt these will suffer the same fate as the protos anytime soon! Way to go RCP!

Yes, I can see the extra metal around the base of the pivot ball and the correspondingly larger diameter inner axle bell area...resulting in more strength with the same maximum operating angle! Very nice!!!

The novak Crawler is powerful i also have it and the CVD's and have gone through 4 or 5 axle shafts and 2 stub shafts in my rear end while the CVD's up front still look good as new.
Note this is with the original prototypes so the final version will be even stronger!

so, the cvd's by rcp is for the tlt axle kit.....right.

yes, if you have read any of the threads on the RCP CVD's and still dont know what the bennies are, nothing anybody could tell you now will help.

they turn less, break more and only put money in RCP's pocket since we can only get new stub shafts from him. so dont bother getting a set so one of us might get the ones you would have bought.
