|  Base camp vs Phoenix straight axle
Just got some company for our Phoenix last weekend. Will be fun to compare those two in the trails! I think the base camp offers a lot for the price and is a great canvas for a build.  Last edited by gein; 10-23-2023 at 05:15 AM. |

After some trail riding with my son and the Base camp, id say the first thing to fix on those is the weight distribution.... Its 50/50 in stock form and so light compared to my phoenix. Doesnt feel good on the trails but a simple battery relocation to the front should help a lot. Oh and like all the reviews says, be prepared for some body/bumpers trimming  |

Yeah they definitely need the wheel wells opened up and I moved the front bumper back and trimmed the corners. I was pretty impressed with mine in stock form Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
